7:06 PM Apple (AAPL) roundup: 1) Apple has bought 1,024 patents from Rockstar Bidco, a consortium that won the Nortel patent auction for $4.5B and in which Apple has a 58% stake. 2) Foxconn has seen rising orders for 15" MacBook Pro units, according to Digitimes. 3) SA's Gary Morton argues FQ4 EPS, which missed estimates by $0.08, was understated by $0.25 due to the timing of a currency hedging premium. He expects this timing issue to boost FQ1 and FQ2 EPS. (Read the comments on this)
