5:12 PM Google (GOOG) roundup: 1) Google has acquired Incentive Targeting, provider of a self-service platform for delivering targeted online coupons. Look for its services to be integrated with Google Offers, and perhaps also Google Shopping. 2) Italian regulators are probing whether Google is evading taxes by transferring local profits to an Irish subsidiary. Amazon can sympathize. 3) Google is in a war of words with German lawmakers over a proposed law that would allow publishers to charge search engines for listing newspaper articles.
