AMZN: Amazon Web Services (AMZN) continues slashing...

5:17 PM Amazon Web Services (AMZN) continues slashing prices for its EC2 cloud computing service like it's going out of style. In tandem with introducing new (2nd-gen) server instances containing more CPU power and memory, Amazon has announced an 18.8% cut for 1st-gen Linux server instances. AWS, which faces plenty of competition these days, is expected to pull in ~$2B in sales this year. (previous: I, II, III) (Read the comments on this)
