I'm writing a novel.
It's really bad, but that's ok.
It's a first draft and I'm doing it as part of a worldwide writers challenge in November.
I'll have written 50,000 words by midnight on November 30.
I needed something to get me to commit.
On Black Friday (The day after Thanksgiving - this Friday for those out of the USA!) I'm going to be attending an online workshop with the aim of getting a book finished over the long weekend.
It's a great idea and I know how important doing an activity with a group to motivate you.
