12:16 PM Facebook (FB +5.8%) is turning in another strong performance in the wake of last Wednesday's lockup expiration; shares are now up 23% since 773M shares became eligible for sale. While short-covering ahead of Thanksgiving weekend is undoubtedly a factor, Facebook's trading volume is well above average on a low-volume day. This morning, French carrier Orange (FTE) announced Party Call, a service that allows Facebook users to place individual and group calls to each other via their smartphones.
