· Should ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution on cases handled.
· Would be responsible to handle the cases in his/her backlog with proper and timely follow-ups.
· Should ensure that operational metrics are maintained as per the agreed targets.
· Working towards professional level certifications for the technology that the team supports.
· Should be open for 24*7
· Good verbal and written communication skills
· CCNA Certified Mandatory
