12:38 AM Sales of Google's (GOOG) Nexus 7 have been picking up, according to manufacturer Asus. "At the beginning, it was, for instance, 500K units a month, then maybe 600, 700K. This latest month, it was close to 1 million," says Asus CFO David Chang. His comments come shortly after the 7 received a storage upgrade, and just before the iPad Mini begins shipping.
