9:10 AM The battle to be Santa's helper: Amazon (AMZN) will offer Lightning Deals every day from now until November 18 on items listed on its Holiday Toy List. With the growing number of consumers in its ecosystem, the company stands a good chance of taking some of the sting out of the plan of retailers such as Best Buy and Target to match online prices by getting deals in front of customers first.
