1:51 PM As expected, Microsoft (MSFT) has unveiled plans to tightly integrate Yammer with its SharePoint collaboration platform. Common user IDs, shared document management, and integrated e-mail, IM, and videoconferencing features are in the cards, as are subscription bundles that range from $4-$8/user/month. Yammer wants to be the Facebook of enterprise social networking, though Jive (JIVE) and Salesforce.com (via Chatter) won't let that happen without a fight. (Read the comments on this)
