The Diwali damage

Hi Saiju,

I don't know which Raj you are pointing here.

If it is me here is my answer.

I know one incident happened last diwali, we imposed no crackers to be burst with in buildings. We were never strict on this as we thought it was sensible decision to have it communicated to residents on email.

But unfortunately in one of the building one of the child lost eye because one of the child in buidling did some unwanted  mishap which costed her to eye loss.

Now whom do you blame for the loss, SAOA? our residents? or ourselves? if you have better answer please give me to help us with?

we don't react when it happens rather restict it with some fine method to remove so that residents understand the damage they could cause because of their interest.

so my friend understand when it comes to our family we really feel concern and we should rather be sensible. Cost doesn't matter it is only one of the way to self impose decipline to ourselves to restirct.

Thanks,
Raj
Block leader 16

Hi,

Are we in a penalty Raj ??

If we do not pay maintenance fees there is fine

If we put flower pot there is fine

If we do not put waste properly there is fine

Other things we can think about fine are

If people walk on the road (not walking on foot path) , we can impose fine !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If people switch on their light after 9 PM we can impose fine !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If they honk inside suncity we can impose fine !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If they party inside suncity, impose fine !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We can think about lot of other things to fine people !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Is there no other better method other than fine ??? Really sick of this fine funda

Are we school kids ????????????????

YES THERE SHIOULD BE FINE IMPOSED TO THE RESIDENT WHO KEEPS HIS/ HER FLOWER POTS IN THE BALCONY AS IT CAN BE FATAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I suggest that the Block Leader/ Representative of the respective blocks should ensure that none of the residents are keeping flower pots in their balconies and anyone caught doing so should be highly penalised.

SOA can take Action for the blocks which are controlled by them and rest of the blocks which are still under CLPD should be checked by the block leader/ representative.

I belong to block 5 and we would be talking to our residents not to place the flower pots in their balconies, we will also put notices and if it is still repeated we will penalise the residents.

Thanks,

Vinita

Secretary for block 5

NO ONE should be allowed to keep flower pots or anything dangerous on balconies which may fall. And this should be implemented immediately or heavy fines should be imposed. Proper communication in this regard must be made to the residents.

Luckily due to rain kids were not playing and no one got hurt

As we all understand even a small tulsi plant fall from some high floor and hit someone on head ....THAT PERSON OR A KID WILL DIE ON THE SPOT

please take below action immediately....

1. Remove these plants from your balcony wall if there is no GRILL available

2. If you like to put these plants on your balcony floor....First please put proper GRILL

Thanks for your cooperation and support
