Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Though Twitter has acquired the small startup outright, the team will continue to run its bug reporting software service for outside companies. In a statement, the financial software provider said: "Intuit has acquired a team of highly skilled developers who will be of great value to the social teams at Intuit."
