Those downgrading are generally worried about Facebook's spending plans and the pace of mobile ad growth as PC activity continues to get cannibalized. Piper says investors were looking for at least $350M in mobile ad sales vs. the $306M reported (ed: doesn't this imply PC sales were better than expected, given Facebook beat revenue estimates?).
