Survey: Is your IT organization services-oriented? Chance to win a 32GB Nexus 7 tablet

ITSM (IT Services Management) became super-popular in the early 2000s. ITSM and service-oriented IT initiatives aimed to better support business units by transforming IT to be more adaptive and responsive, while allowing business users to understand and meter the costs of the services they chose. Now it's almost 15 years later, millions of dollars later, and the question is: did it make a difference?

InformationWeek is conducting a survey to see where organizations are on the road to services-oriented IT and to highlight both challenges and benefits of this transformation. The results of the survey will appear in an in-depth InformationWeek report.

This survey will take under 10 minutes to complete. Upon completion, you will be eligible to enter a drawing to receive one 32GB Google Nexus 7 tablet, valued at $249, from UBM Tech. This survey sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Google®.

Your responses will remain confidential and will only be reported in aggregate.

To take the survey, simply click here:

We look forward to sharing the results of this survey with you soon at http://reports.informationweek.com and www.informationweek.com.
