11:29 AM eBay (EBAY -2.9%) saw a slight growth slowdown in February, says Baird's Colin Sebastian in a report that seems to be pressuring shares. Baird's sales tracker (for Marketplaces transactions?) indicates growth fell to a low teens Y/Y rate in February from a mid/high-teens level in January.
