6:14 PM Facebook (FB) is working on an app that lets users track the locations of "friends" who also use the app, Bloomberg reports. Google and Apple offer similar apps (Latitude and Find My Friends), but Facebook's social networking clout could make it better-positioned to gain critical mass. Meanwhile, Hillside's Rory Maher (formerly of Capstone) has launched coverage with a Buy: he estimates ads account for only 1.1% of news feed posts, and that this number could grow considerably without alienating users.
