FB: Facebook's (FB) proposed (and controversial)...

5:10 PM Facebook's (FB) proposed (and controversial) data use policy changes could be a sign the company will finally monetize Instagram, thinks Sterne Agee's Arvind Bhatia. The policy changes pave the way for Instagram to leverage Facebook user data and deliver targeted ads, Bhatia observes. AppData estimates Instagram now has 39M monthly active users; Facebook mentioned on its Q3 call registered users had surpassed 100M. (Read the comments on this)
