Microsoft's Management Is Surprisingly Good, But Is It Enough? - Memento Mori Part 3

With the rise of online media, every senior management change in corporations under the spotlight garners significant media coverage. Since the launch of Windows 8 in October 2012, the following senior managers have left Microsoft (MSFT): the CFO Peter Klein; President of the Windows Division Steven Sinofsky; and VP of Data Ted Kummert. Other departures we have heard of include several from Skype and the infamous Xbox executive who rather foolishly forgot the ramifications of having Twitter and a public profile. Considering all of these changes, it is worth asking if Microsoft as it now stands, has the right management and personnel to protect and enhance shareholder value. In the final part of my series, I give a detailed look of Microsoft's senior management. Considering that my aim was to give a critical analysis, I come to a surprising conclusion. That it is considerably more robust and aware of its challenges than media reports may have you believe.
