Sordello did not give specifics on the amount of the price hike, but said to expect a "mid-single-digit increase" in revenue derived from the hike. Joining the company's board: Richard Lynch, formerly an executive vice president at Verizon Communications, and Bert Nordberg, who once served as CEO of Sony Ericsson Mobile Communications.
