9:13 AM MoneyGram (MGI) and PayPal (EBAY) sign a deal to that will allow customers to put cash in and take funds out of their PayPal accounts at MoneyGram outlets across the globe. The companies maintain the agreement marks the first time the unbanked will have a way to tap into the e-commerce system. (Read the comments on this)
