Despite a stock market that has approached all-time highs, the company that has been the market's darling for close to 10 years is trading at its 52-week low, which is down nearly 40% from its 52-week high. At T&T Capital Management, we profiled Apple (AAPL) when it was trading at around $547, making the argument that the price didn't provide for a great margin of safety. Mr. Market is a fickle fellow; therefore, short-term price movements don't necessarily validate our investment thesis, as ultimately it will be the business performance that tells the tale.
