9:28 AM Facebook (FB) roundup: 1) Facebook has acquired Osmeta, a mobile software startup that featured veterans from several tech giants, but which hadn't launched a product. 2) Having just rolled out an advanced ad targeting product, Facebook is testing a content distribution product that delivers news feed content based on likes/interests. Facebook has suggested emphasizing media content is a 2013 priority. 3) A Piper survey (.pdf) of 5,200 U.S. teens found only 33% saying Facebook is their most important social network. 30% said Twitter, and (in a silver lining) 17% said Instagram.
