Last week, shares of Microsoft (MSFT) hit a new 52-week low after an analyst downgrade from Morgan Stanley. The firm echoed many themes we've heard recently: PC sales are weak, Surface tablets may not be selling well, and Apple (AAPL) is eating everyone's lunch.
