9:15 AM, Jan 11. Xerox (XRX) CFO Luca Maestri will be leaving the company on Feb. 28 to become Apple's (AAPL) corporate controller. Xerox, which is reaffirming its Q4 guidance, says a search has begun for a replacement. Apple's former corporate controller, Betsy Rafael, recently retired. Read comments
