2:23 PM A roadmap for Microsoft's (MSFT +2.2%) "Gemini" Office updates indicates iOS and Android apps won't arrive until fall 2014, ZDNet reports. While Microsoft takes its time in supporting rival platforms, Google (GOOG) has made the popular Quickoffice free on iOS/Android to Google Apps business customers. Separately, The Verge reports the next Xbox will be able to "take over a TV and set-top box" - Microsoft's pay-TV partnerships will allow for more functionality than Google TV - and that the next Kinect will be able to "detect multiple people simultaneously."
