6:35 PM Welcome back: 11 months after GM famously halted its Facebook (FB) ad efforts shortly before the social networking giant's IPO, Chevrolet is running a mobile-only pilot campaign for its Sonic cars that "utilizes newly available targeting and measurement capabilities on Facebook," says an exec (is he talking about Atlas?).
