10:00 AM A U.S. District Judge has tossed out four class-action lawsuits filed against Mark Zuckerberg and other Facebook (FB +2%) execs over selective disclosures made during the company's pre-IPO roadshow about slowing revenue growth thanks to the mobile shift. The judge argued the plaintiffs weren't investors at the time the disclosures were made, and (perhaps more importantly) that Facebook had already warned about mobile's impact in its S-1.
