FB: BTIG has joined Bernstein in downgrading...

12:18 PM BTIG has joined Bernstein in downgrading Facebook (FB -2.3%). Though lowering shares to Sell, analyst Richard Greenfield is raising his 2013-2015 revenue forecasts. However, the estimates remain below consensus, and Greenfield thinks Facebook's aggressive spending won't end this year. Interestingly, Greenfield's Nov. 26 upgrade of Facebook also coincided with a Bernstein rating change in the same direction. Read comments
