EBAY: The DOJ has filed an antitrust suit against...

5:29 PM The DOJ has filed an antitrust suit against eBay (EBAY) over an alleged agreement with Intuit (INTU) not to hire the other company's employees. Intuit isn't a defendant in the suit. Non-poaching agreements have long been a controversial matter in the tech world. (Read the comments on this)
