AAPL,GOOG: For now at least, the Apple-HTC deal hasn't...

5:20 PM For now at least, the Apple-HTC deal hasn't cooled off Apple's other patent battles. The latest developments: 1) A U.S. district judge has allowed Apple (AAPL) and Samsung's (SSNLF.PK) latest phones to be added to a pending trial, but has shot down an Apple request to add Android itself. 2) Samsung is demanding a U.S. court give it a copy of the HTC deal to see if it covers patents Apple has been unwilling to license. 3) Apple and Motorola Mobility are considering arbitration over the licensing of Motorola's standards-essential patents.
